ANZ Bank Pilot Program

ANZ Bank has initiated a pilot program with Upstream, paving the way for a cleaner and greener future for banking in Australia. This first phase sees Upstream deploying our customised, consumption-based solar Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) to 11 ANZ Bank sites spread across four states.

The program to date has resulted in the installation of 350kW of solar energy equipment, delivering immediate savings of up to 20% for ANZ. Through this sustainable solution, the bank will displace over 340 tonnes of carbon emissions in the next 12 months, making a significant contribution to environmental preservation. It sends a clear signal to corporate institutions in Australia that on-site, distributed generation is the lowest cost of power and is achievable with zero capital outlay.
